If there is anyone who can relate to the struggles Michael Vick is going through and the pressure he is under, it’s Donovan McNabb. The Philadelphia media had its way with McNabb for years and there were times when the fans were worse. During an appearance on “NFL AM” on Tuesday morning, McNabb defended Vick in the wake of reports that he could be benched this weekend.

San Francisco 49ers head coach Jim Harbaugh is already in the mood for Thanksgiving. He had turkey on the brain following a dominating 24-3 win over the Arizona Cardinals on Monday night, but it had more to do with his quarterback carving up a defense than someone carving a bird.

Broncos wide receiver Demaryius Thomas reportedly dressed up as a replacement referee for Halloween this year according to Peter Burns, and the picture of the costume is pretty great.  We aren’t saying that the costume is earth-shattering in terms of creativity, but when it comes to timeliness it definitely receives high marks.  No word yet on Roger Goodell’s reaction, but we are fairly positive that even he would find this funny.  The sun glasses are a nice touch.
